Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with AirBim.net. We strive to provide you with products of the highest quality and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day return policy.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, certain products may have specific return requirements, and these will be outlined in the product description.

Initiating a Return:

1. Contact our customer support team at  airbimini@gmail.com  to initiate the return process.
2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
3. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, You are responsible for return shipping.

Return Shipping: If the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 Business days.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund as quickly as possible. 

Although all our mounts are using UV treating in the anodized process and will last a long time with proper care, they will not hold up if in direct sunlight when stored. Many use an aftermarket cover and the mounts are covered well but there are also many that use the seadoo mooring cover which does not cover our mounts and they need to be covered. You should always keep your mounts and boat fully covered when not in use to avoid any discoloration of the mounts due to some harsh UV climate areas or in general prolonged sunlight
.

Unfortunately due to the wide variation of customer care storage we do not

warranty any discoloration on any of our products.

We recommend cleaning your mounts with after each use with a soft cloth and fresh water

Once a month we recommend using WD-40 on a soft cloth and wipe down your gas strut rods. For long periods of storage this process should be added to your winterization process/s

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 8 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
